What's the difference between the personal and professional plans?

The Personal plan is for anyone who wants to join a public Inclusivv conversation. This is the default plan for everyone unless you intentionally upgrade to Professional as an individual.

The Professional plan is new and designed specifically for individuals within companies or organizations who want to deepen their understanding of important topics, meet others from across disciplines and industries, learn how to host and gain access to all topics available within the content library. Professional plan subscribers will have a more robust collection of events to choose from, and the opportunity to mingle and meet other professionals from all over the world. 

Is it free to attend a conversation?

Yes! All public online conversations are free to attend, and are often hosted by volunteers and community members. In-person events are free to register, but it's up to the host to decide the location. If it's at a restaurant and over a meal, it's up to each individual participant to pay for their own meal and transportation unless otherwise indicated by the host or sponsor.

Does it cost to host a conversation?

Public conversations are free to host and you can browse all topics available here: These topics are not guaranteed to stay free and available forever, and therefore are subject to change and new topics are frequently added. As a Personal plan host, you are welcome to invite friends, family or colleagues to attend, however, if you use this within your workplace, we ask that you upgrade to the Professional plan. 

Can I pay quarterly or for more than a year up-front?

In most cases, Inclusivv allows for additional billing cadences such as quarterly. Inclusivv offers pre-paid packages in 1, 2 and 3-year increments. Please contact Sales for pricing.

What payment methods do you accept?

Inclusivv accepts credit card payments online and Enterprise contracts we prefer ACH, check or wire transfer. 

Do you charge sales or consumption taxes?

Certain U.S. states and international countries are subject to a required sales or consumption tax. If your online order includes sales tax, VAT, GST, or comparable consumption taxes, you will see the tax amount applied in your shopping cart after the billing step and before checkout is complete.

Where can I find an Inclusivv W-9 for my business?

If your business requires service providers to have a W-9 form on file for tax records, you can find a copy of Inclusivv's W-9 here.
